With AI Studios, you can create as many avatars as you want, but you're only allowed a certain number of saved slots. To open more slots for new avatars, you'll need to delete an existing one. Follow these steps to delete an avatar.
Note: Heads up! You can't create a new custom avatar until you delete one of your existing avatars. If you're having trouble with the custom avatar feature and it won't allow you to proceed forward, don't worry—just follow this quick tutorial.
Steps to Delete a Custom Avatar:
Go to the AI Avatar page.
Find the Custom Avatar Library at the top of the avatar menu page.
Locate the avatar you want to delete.
Hover your mouse over the avatar and click on the three dots in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown menu, click Delete.
The avatar will be deleted, and you will have one more open slot available to create a new avatar.
Tip: We recommend filming your custom avatar using your own camera, so you can retain the training material for future use.
