AI Studios allows you to customize the accent of your AI avatar’s voice to better match your target audience. This is especially useful for regional localization or when creating multilingual content with a consistent tone.
Step 1: Open a Project
Create a new video project or open an existing one from your dashboard.
Step 2: Choose a Voice
In the video editor, go to the script box and click the dropdown labeled [Model] – Original Voice. Select a voice model that fits your desired tone—like friendly, professional, or calm. (You can also create a custom voice clone!)
Step 3: Set the Accent
Next to the voice selection, click the Default Locale dropdown.
Choose from a list of regional accents, such as American English, British English, Australian English, Indian English, and others, depending on the selected language.
Step 4: Type Your Script
Write your script in the language you want the video to be in. AI Studios will apply the accent you selected to the voiceover.
Note: Accents work best when they match the language of your script. For example, a British English accent works best with English text. Using mismatched language and accent combinations may result in unnatural speech.
Step 5: Preview and Adjust
Play back your video to hear how the voice sounds. If needed, go back and try a different voice or accent to better fit your content.
