Currently, AI Studios does not support full previews of avatars' body movements and lip-syncing before exporting. However, you can preview the avatar’s voice and video animations.

Ways to Preview Your Project:

  • Voice Only Preview – Listen to the AI Avatar reading your script by clicking the "play" button at the bottom of the main video editor field.

FAQ

1. Why isn't my avatar moving in the video preview?

  • Avatars do not animate or lip-sync in the preview. To see your avatar move, you need to generate and export the video. Once exported, the avatar’s body and lip-syncing will appear in the final version.

2. Why aren't my custom avatars showing up in the avatar library?

  • First, ensure you are in the Custom Avatar menu in the Avatar page. If your custom avatar was just created, try refreshing the page or waiting a few moments.

  • In the video editor, custom avatars appear at the top of the Avatar tab. Photo Avatars are located under the "Photo Avatar" section, accessible by clicking the "Photo Avatar" button at the top of the avatar tab.

  • If the avatar is still not visible, try creating another custom avatar. If the issue persists, reach out to customer support for assistance.
