In AI Studios, sharing your video projects is easy with our Share Page feature. Just keep in mind, this works only for videos that have already been generated. If the video hasn't been generated yet, the player will show up blank for anyone who visits the share page.
The good news is that the share page will automatically update each time you regenerate the video, so everyone will always see the latest version.
How to Access Share Settings
Step 1: Access Video Options
First, find the project you want to share and click on the three dots to open the menu for that specific video.
Step 2: Click on 'Share'
Next, click on the share button in the video menu. A pop-up menu will appear on your screen where you can share your video by email or with a URL.
Share by Email
Step 1: Type in Email
To share your videos by email, simply type in the recipient's email address and click on "Share."
Step 2: Recipient Needs to Click on Email
The recipient of the video will need to find the invitation email in their inbox and follow the attached link. They will be asked to log in before gaining access to the project. Individuals given access to the project by email will be able to comment.
Share By URL
Step 1: Enable Public Access
In the share menu, switch on "Public on the web."
Step 2: Copy the Link
Once public access is turned on, click on "Copy Link" and the URL will be copied to your clipboard.
Individuals who use the share link will not be able to comment on the video unless they were previously added to the project by email or if they are in the same workspace.
