Create a video once, send it to many, and make everyone feel like it was created just for them. When creating a video, you can set tags for personalized content and manually input the details of each recipient, or you can mass-produce personalized videos by simply uploading a spreadsheet.

Our 'Video Message' feature helps you connect more personally with each recipient. Whether you’re a sales rep aiming to enhance your pitches, managing a marketing campaign, or even sending out a birthday invitation, this feature lets you engage everyone with videos tailored just for them.

Click on the spot in your script where you want to add a personalized touch, then select 'Personalization Tag.'

These tags, often used in email marketing, let you dynamically insert specific information like the recipient's name or company. We've integrated this feature into AI Studios so you can create customized videos at scale.

You'll see a blue tag appear in your script editor. Click on it, and a menu will pop up asking you to write and enter each video recipient's details.

For each video you want to create, separate the details with a comma. You can also choose to leave it blank, and you'll have another opportunity to enter recipient details later on.

Once you're done with your video project and export it, the synthesis process will begin. Depending on the number of recipients and the length of the videos, it will take some time for all the videos to be generated.

Your videos will appear together in a folder, which you can find in your main dashboard under the most recent projects or in your projects menu.

First, select the videos you'd like to send by clicking on the checkbox to the left of each video. Videos that you do not select will not be sent to anyone.

Once you have selected the videos you'd like to send, click on the 'Send Email' button.

Type in the email addresses of the people you want to send the videos to. Double-check that the email addresses are correct to make sure they get their videos.

Once all the details are entered, hit 'Send' and the emails will be delivered to their inboxes in 5-15 minutes.

If you'd like to personalize and send more videos from an existing template, go into the project folder and click 'Add Contact.'

To add new recipients manually, click on the "+ Add" button located at the top right corner. This will add a row to the contacts list.

In the row you just created, add the name of the recipient you'd like to share the video with and their email. The video will be customized where you previously added a personalization tag in the template.

Once you've added your new recipient's details, you can choose to generate the video without sending it by not selecting any of the checkboxes to the left of the recipient.

However, if you'd like to immediately send the video once it's been synthesized, click on the checkbox next to "Send Messages Automatically after Video Creation."

Follow the format shown in the image below. Label the first row with "Name" in the first column and "Email" in the second column. We currently only support name personalization.

In the first column, write the name of your video message recipient. In the second column, add the corresponding email for each recipient. Download the file as a .xlsx file.

Go into your project folder and click 'Add Contact.'

Click "Upload File" or "Upload Google Sheet" in the Video Messages section. Each row in the sheet will be converted into a new contact.

When you're ready to send, check the checkboxes next to the recipients you'd like to send videos to. You can choose to send the videos out immediately after they have been synthesized by checking the "Send Messages Automatically after Video Creation" box.

The video will be customized where you previously added a personalization tag in the template.
