Important Note
The scheduler currently only works for TikTok, but don't worry! You can still create videos for other social media platforms without linking a social media account.
Getting Started with Your Video Topics
Find the Series of Videos Feature
Head over to the 'Quick Start' menu and click on 'Series of Videos' to access our social media video creator and scheduler.
Option 1: Upload a Google Sheet / Excel
Step 1: Format Your Spreadsheet
If you're uploading a spreadsheet, follow the format shown in the image below.
Topic: What is the video about?
Video Duration: How long should the video be?
Language: Which language should the video be in?
Media/Resource Type: What type of footage should be included?
Style (Generative Media Only): What style of AI-generated images and footage do you want?
Hashtags (1-4): Which hashtags should be included in the description?
Step 2: Upload Your Spreadsheet
Excel Sheet
If you're using Excel Sheets, make sure the downloaded file is an .xlsx file. Then, upload the file into AI Studios.
Google Sheet
If you're using a Google Sheet, make sure the share setting is set to "Anyone on the internet with the link can view." Then, paste the link into AI Studios, and you're good to go!
Option 2: Manually Input a Video Topic
Type in your topic and include any hashtags you want to be included, then AI Studios will generate videos based on your text.
Customize Your Video
Video Preferences
Duration: Select how long you'd like the generated video to be.
Language: Choose the language in which you want your video to be generated.
Media: Pick the type of footage you would like to be used in your video.
Style (Generative Media Only): What style of AI-generated images and footage do you want?
Select an AI Avatar
Select an AI Avatar you'd like to feature in the video. You can use any of our samples or create your own!
Configure Video Creation and Scheduling Settings
Set the Schedule
Decide how often you'd like a video to be created. If you connect your TikTok account, AI Studios will post the videos for you.
If you choose not to connect your social media account, the generated videos will be prepared in a folder at the times you've requested, allowing you to edit and post them manually.
Social Media Advanced Settings
Auto Posting: Choose whether or not you'd like the AI-generated video to be automatically posted to your platforms.
Connect a Platform (Optional): You can choose to connect your social media platforms.
Interaction Settings: If you choose to auto-post your videos, you can set up the privacy and interaction settings.

Managing and Editing Your Social Media Scheduler and Generated Videos
How to Access and Edit Your Social Media Scheduler
Step 1: Access Your Generated Videos
All generated videos can be found on your dashboard under "Recently Created" or in the "Projects" section. If you ever want to edit anything, click on the three dots at the bottom right corner of the folder.
Step 2: Choose What You’d Like to Change
A menu will pop up with options for editing your scheduler. You can choose to edit the schedule, delete it, or pause video creation until you turn it back on.
How to Edit AI-Generated Videos
Enter the folder and hover over the video you want to edit. You'll see some settings pop up, giving you the chance to tweak and perfect your video before downloading and posting it.
For more options, click on the three dots at the bottom right corner of the video. You can also reuse the same project and make small changes to save time and keep your content consistent.
