1. How do I upgrade my plan?
Click on your Workspace menu at the top of the dashboard on the left-hand side corner.
Locate the "Plan Upgrade" option at the bottom of the pop-up.
Once the available plans are displayed, select the plan you'd like to upgrade to. You will then be redirected to a Stripe payment page to review and confirm the details.
A prorated amount will be charged on the day you upgrade your account.
If you’re on the credit-based subscription plan, upgrading will restrict your options to unlimited plans only.
2. How do I downgrade my plan?
To downgrade your plan, you must cancel your current subscription and start a new one.
💡 If you’re on the credit-based subscription plan, canceling your plan will limit your options to the unlimited plans only.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
Navigate to your profile > billing.
Under the subscription information, click on "Cancel Subscription."
You will have access to your account until the end of the billing period. Once the subscription has fully ended, your existing data will not be deleted, and you can still download videos you’ve created in AI Studios. (Note: You won’t be able to export videos if they exceed the limitations of the free plan.)

4. How do I see my payment history?
Navigate to your profile > billing.
Click on the "Payment History" tab located at the top-right corner.
5. How do I add Seats in a Teams Plan?
Navigate to your profile > billing.
Under the subscription information, click on "Manage Team Seat."
Specify the number of seats you'd like to include in your plan. You will then be redirected to a Stripe payment page to review and confirm the details.
New seats added during the billing period will appear on the next invoice.
Charges for additional members are prorated based on the remaining time in the current subscription billing period from the day the Seat is added.
6. What happens when I remove a member in a Teams Plan?
The removed member will lose access to the workspace, but their Seat remains active. You can invite a new member to use the Seat without incurring extra charges.
To reduce the overall number of Seats, contact Customer Support to adjust your plan.
If you don't contact Customer Support to reduce the total number of seats, the seat will remain part of your subscription plan, and you will be charged for it in your next billing cycle.
7. How do I request my data to be deleted from AI Studios?
If you would like to delete your data from AI Studios, please contact support through Intercom with your account ID (email address). Allow up to 24 hours (excluding weekends) for follow-up updates.
