The Teams & Workspace feature in AI Studios enables seamless collaboration by allowing teams to create, edit, and manage video projects together. This guide outlines how to invite members to your workspace, set their permissions, and ensure smooth onboarding.

How to Add Team Members to Your AI Studios Workspace
There are two ways to add team members to your workspace.
Adding Team Members from the Dashboard
1. Open the Dashboard
Navigate to the main AI Studios dashboard.
Locate the 'Invite Members' button on the left-hand side menu.
2. Enter Team Member Emails
Click 'Invite Members' and input the email addresses of the team members you wish to add.
Multiple emails can be entered at once. A counter will indicate the number of available seats in your plan. To add or remove members from your AI Studios plan, please refer to this guide.
3. Set Permissions
Choose between two roles before sending the invitation:
Admin: Full control over settings and workspace management.
Member: Can create and edit videos but cannot change workspace settings.
Permissions can be updated later from the workspace settings.
Adding Team Members from Workspace Settings
1. Access Workspace Settings
Click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
Select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu or click on this link.
2. Open Members Section
In the left-hand navigation, click on 'Members' or click on this link.
Click the 'Invite Members' button in the top-right corner.
3. Customize and Send Invitations
Ensure the correct workspace is selected if managing multiple workspaces.
Enter email addresses and set appropriate permissions (Admin or Member).
Click 'Send' to issue the invitation.
Accepting a Workspace Invitation
1. Email Notification
Invited team members will receive an email from AI Studios.
They need to click 'Join the Workspace' to accept the invitation.
2. Confirm in AI Studios
After clicking the email link, they will be redirected to AI Studios.
A final confirmation will appear to officially add them to the workspace.
Workspace FAQ
1. I haven’t received a workspace invite.
If you haven't received a workspace invite, give it a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, email filters might redirect the invite. If you still don’t see it, double-check with your workspace admin to ensure the correct email address was entered.
If the invite still hasn’t arrived:
Ask your admin to delete the existing invite.
Request that they resend the invitation.
2. I can’t find the new workspace.
Locating a new workspace is simple, especially if you are part of multiple workspaces. In your AI Studios dashboard, navigate to the left-hand side menu. At the top, click the caret symbol (˅) to open a dropdown list displaying all the workspaces you have access to. From there, select the workspace you’re looking for.
3. How do I navigate different workspaces?
Switching between workspaces is straightforward.
On the AI Studios dashboard, locate the left-hand side menu.
Click the caret symbol (˅) at the top to display all available workspaces.
Select the workspace you need from the dropdown list.
4. How can I leave a workspace?
If you wish to leave a workspace, you’ll need to contact your workspace admin. Only the admin has the ability to remove members from the workspace at the moment. Please follow this guide to learn how to remove members.
5. Why can’t I add more members to my workspace?
If you’re unable to add new members, there are a few things to check:
Ensure that there are enough seats available in your workspace.
Confirm that you have the necessary permissions to add members.
If you are the admin and still cannot add members despite having available seats, please reach out to AI Studios customer support for further assistance.
