Follow these guidelines to report bugs & issues effectively to get your problems resolved faster.

We want to make sure your experience with our platform is smooth and hassle-free. If you encounter any bugs or issues, follow these guidelines to report them effectively:

Reporting for Free, Personal, and Teams Plans

If you are using a Free, Personal, or Teams plan, please report any issues using the Intercom button located at the bottom-right corner of every page. This includes both our website and the AI Studios video editor.

When reporting an issue, here are some tips to help us address it faster:

  1. Provide Detailed Information: Clearly describe the issue you’re facing, including the steps to reproduce it.

  2. Include Your Account ID: This is the email address you use to sign in.

  3. Attach Screenshots or Recordings: Visual references like screenshots or screen recordings can help us understand the issue better.

  4. Template for Reporting:

    • Issue Summary: Briefly describe the problem.

    • Steps to Reproduce: List the actions leading up to the issue.

    • Expected Behavior: What you expected to happen.

    • Actual Behavior: What actually happened.

    • Account ID: Your sign-in email.

    • Attachments: Include any relevant screenshots or recordings.

Enterprise Customers

If you are an Enterprise customer, please report issues directly to your assigned Account Manager for tailored support.

Platform-Wide Issues

In the rare event of a platform-wide issue, rest assured that we are actively working on resolving it as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided through appropriate channels to keep you informed.
