Is this a paid service?
AI Studios is a monthly subscription paid service. Those who want to experience AI Studios service can use it as a starter plan ($29 per month) for beginners.
How long can I use it after payment?
If you subscribe, your credits will be renewed every 30 days based on the payment date, and any unused credits will be reset.

1. Payment Methods
To create AI Studios account, please visit this page.
Starter plan: We accept credit cards, no PayPal etc.
Enterprise plan: We accept credit cards and bank/wire transfers.
2. Billing Information
To access your billing information, go to My profile > Account Settings where you are able to:

Change your Push Settings

See Export History
3. Refunds
Please get in touch with our support team to request a refund. Any refunds will be processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method.
It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please contact your bank if there are any unexpected delays.
Account Plans
1. Upgrade your plan
If you would like to make a corporate unit, please contact our support team.
2. Pause your plan
We are a SARS service that is billed on a monthly basis.
If you wish to pause, please unsubscribe.
3. Credits
With a Starter plan you get 20 video credits/month, which equals to 20 minutes of video.
An edited video consumes a credit. We recommend you to preview your audio before generating it. Audio Previews do not consume your credits.
Credits are not carried over. If you need a help, please get in touch with our support team.
4. Cancel your subscription
If you cancel the payment, this month's subscription is valid and you will not be charged from next month.
5. Can I pay per video?
No. AI STUDIO is based on monthly subscriptions.
6. Can I have a lifetime plan?
We do not currently provide a lifetime plan.
Account Access
1. Reset Password
To reset your account password visit this page. You will then be directed to the page where you may reset your password and be asked to enter your registered email address.
Once your email address has been entered, click the password-reset link as seen below.
We'll send you a message with instructions on how to reset your password; this process could take up to ten minutes.
Not getting emails to reset passwords?
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Check your firewall settings in case they are preventing the reset email from getting to your domain.
Check the email address is the one registered for your STUDIO account.

2. Invalid Subscription
If you already have a paid subscription and try to sign into your account but get the above error, please contact our support team to regain acces
3. Unsuccessful / Failed Payment
We accept Visa and Master cards, if your payment is declined or seems to have failed, please double-check the following:Card details entered match and have the correct billing address
Card expiration date
Sufficient funds are available
Please try a different card or get in touch with our support staff if the information listed above is accurate. Note that we do not currently accept payments using PayPal.
