Is this a paid service?
AI Studios is a monthly subscription service. Those who want to experience AI Studios service can use it as a starter plan ($30 per month) for beginners.
How long can I use it after payment?
If you subscribe, your credits will be renewed every 30 days based on the payment date, and any unused credits will be reset.

To create AI Studios account, please visit this page.
We accept credit cards, Cash App Pay, and ACH Credit Transfer (bank wire transfer).
2. Account Setting
To access your profile information, go to My Profile > Account Settings where you are able to:
Change your Password
Cancel or Subscribe to AI Studios
Change your Push Notifications
See Payment History
3. Refunds
Please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] to request a refund. Any refunds will be processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method.
It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please contact your bank if there are any unexpected delays.

Account Plans
1. Upgrade your plan
If you would like to make a corporate unit, please contact our support team.
2. Pause your plan
We are a SARS service that is billed on a monthly basis.
If you wish to pause, please unsubscribe.
3. Credits
With a Starter plan, you get 600 video credits/month, which equals to 10 minutes of video.
An exported video consumes credit. We recommend you preview your audio or video before generating your video. Audio or Video previews do not consume your credits.
Credits do not roll after after subscription renewal. If you need help, please get in touch with our support team.
4. Cancel your subscription
If you cancel the payment, your subscription is valid until the end of your subscription and you will not be charged the next billing cycle.
5. Can I pay per video?
No. AI STUDIO is based on monthly or annual subscriptions.
6. Can I have a lifetime plan?
We do not currently provide a lifetime plan.
Account Access
1. Reset Password
To reset your account password visit this page. You will then be directed to the page where you may reset your password and be asked to enter your registered email address.
Once your email address has been entered, click the password-reset link as seen below.
We'll send you a message with instructions on how to reset your password; this process could take up to ten minutes.
Not getting emails to reset passwords?
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Check your firewall settings in case they are preventing the reset email from getting to your domain.
Check the email address is the one registered for your STUDIO account.

2. Unsuccessful / Failed Payment
We accept Visa and Master cards, and if your payment is declined or seems to have failed, please double-check the following:
Card details match
Correct billing address
Sufficient funds are available
