Can I try out the AI Interview service?
If you sign up for the service, you can experience one AI interview production for free. (However, during the Beta service period, you can use the Starter plan service for free for one month.)
💡 The one free trial interview can be produced at any time after signing up for the service. For example, if you sign up for the service on January 3, 2023, you can produce the interview for free anytime until April 23, 2023, regardless of when you use the trial interview.

Subscribing to AI Interview
While using the Free Trial service, will I be automatically subscribed to the paid service after the one-month free trial ends?
Yes, that's correct. If you are using the Free Trial service, you will be automatically subscribed to the paid service after the trial period ends. If you do not wish to subscribe to the paid service, you can cancel your subscription during the Free Trial period by following the instructions for cancellation.
I'm using the Starter service, but I want to produce additional interviews. What should I do?
The current Starter service allows for up to 5 interviews to be produced per month. If you would like to produce additional interviews, please contact the Customer Center for assistance.
If I don't use all of the interviews allotted to me in a given month, can they be carried over to the next month?
The allotted number of interviews for a given month will be exhausted regardless of whether they are used or not.

How can I cancel a paid subscription?
The paid subscription for DeepBrian AI will automatically renew until cancelled. To cancel the subscription, log in to the service website, go to 'Billing' under 'My Account', and select 'Cancel Subscription'. Once you cancel the payment, your subscription will be valid for the current month and will not be billed from the following month.
Even if I cancel my subscription, can I still access the interviews that were created while I had an active subscription?
Yes, you can still access your interview records as long as you have not deleted your account. However, please note that any interview video files uploaded by the interviewees will be deleted two years after the upload date, regardless of whether or not you cancel your subscription. Therefore, you must download the interview video files before the two-year period expires.
How can I resubscribe to the service after cancelling my subscription?
To resubscribe to the service, log in to your account and go to 'Billing' under 'My Account', then click on 'Change' next to AI Interview. Select the subscription plan you want and proceed to subscribe again.
How can I receive a refund?
Our service is a monthly subscription service, and refunds are made according to the refund policy. If you have a history of using it, you cannot get a refund.
You can request a refund before creating the AI Interview. Please get in touch with our support team to request a refund. Any refunds will be processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please contact your bank if there are any unexpected delays.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can change your payment method at any time in the billing settings.
How is payment processed?
DeepBrain AI processes payments through Stripe, a payment service used by companies such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft. DeepBrain AI does not handle customers' credit card information directly.
What happens if payment fails due to credit card expiration, etc.?
If a payment fails, a notification email will be sent to the account email. After a failed payment, you can attempt to make up to four payment retries the following month. If payment fails even after the retries, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
