Per-Member Billing Made Simple

The previous Team Plan allowed just three members per team, and if you needed more, you had to upgrade to the Enterprise Plan. Video creation was also limited by monthly or yearly credits, meaning once those credits ran out, you couldn't create more videos.

With the new Unlimited Team Plan, part of our Unlimited Plan, billing is now easier and more flexible—based on the number of Seats (or members) in your workspace. You’ll be charged per member, including the Master account, and you can add more members whenever you want to keep things running smoothly. Plus, teams can now create an unlimited number of videos, each up to 30 minutes in length, with no credit limits.


What’s New? Key Features at a Glance

  1. Flexible Per-Member Billing

    • Fees are based on the number of Seats (team members) you have.

    • Every member, including the Master account, counts as one Seat.

    • Add Seats anytime to grow your team, while keeping control of your budget.

  2. Easy Team Management

    • Add new members to your workspace at any time—billing will update in the next cycle.

    • Removed members' Seats remain active until the end of the billing cycle, so you can replace them without any extra costs.

  3. Unlimited Video Creation

    • Create unlimited videos, up to 30 minutes each, without any credit restrictions.


How It Works

  • Example 1: Starting with Three Seats

    Suppose your team begins the subscription with three Seats. This setup allows three members (including the Master account) to collaborate in the workspace. If two members leave, you still retain the three Seats until you decide to reduce them. (Seat reductions require contacting Customer Support.)

  • Example 2: Starting Small and Scaling Up

    Let’s say you start with just one Seat for the Master account. As your project grows, you can add Seats to bring new members on board, allowing your team to scale smoothly. This means you can adjust your team size whenever necessary, making collaboration effortless.


Billing Details

  1. Monthly Billing

    • New seats added during the month will appear on the next invoice.

    • Charges for additional members are prorated based on their joining date.

  2. Annual Billing

    • Invoices are issued monthly, on the same date your plan started.

    • Charges for new members include:

      • A prorated fee for the remaining duration of the annual term.

      • Backdated charges for their active period.


Removing Members? Here’s What Happens

  • If you remove a member, they will lose access to the workspace, but their Seat will stay active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • During this time, you can add a new member to use that Seat without any extra charges.

  • If you need to reduce the number of Seats overall, you’ll need to contact Customer Support to adjust your plan.
