Can I change the size of the frame the avatar is located in?
While the size of the avatar frame can be adjusted, the way the avatar appears inside the frame cannot be altered or cropped.
Why is my avatar disappearing from the scene slide?
Check if the avatar is in Voice-Only mode by clicking where the avatar should be or reviewing the layers panel. The avatar will be labeled as "AI Model."
Ensure the avatar isn’t hidden behind media or other elements. If the avatar has disappeared entirely, refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Why can't I change the display options for photo avatars?
Display options such as full body or circular view are only available for Studio Avatars and Custom Avatars. For Photo Avatars, you can only remove the background.
