Understanding Video Processing & Queue Priority

To make sure everyone gets fair access and to prevent system abuse, DeepBrain AI uses a queue-based processing system. Your video’s spot in the queue depends on your subscription plan and the number of videos you've processed with priority this month.

How Video Processing Works

When you create a video, it gets added to a processing queue. Depending on your plan, you receive a monthly quota of priority-processed videos—meaning they’re rendered faster. Once your quota is used up, videos are processed in the standard queue, which may take longer.

  • Weekdays: Average processing time is under 24 hours

  • Weekends: Often faster (based on U.S. time zones)

Why Is My Video “Queued for Processing”?

Your video may still be in the queue for a few reasons:

  • Your priority quota has been used up

  • There’s a temporary spike in demand

  • The video is longer than 10 minutes, which may take additional time

How Do I Report a Stuck or Frozen Project?

  • If your video has been queued for more than 36 hours, please contact support with your Project ID so we can help.

  • If it’s been less than 36 hours, your video is still within the normal processing window.

How Can I Get Faster Video Processing?

To reduce wait times:

  • Upgrade your plan to increase your priority quota

  • Enterprise users always receive the fastest turnaround with unlimited priority processing

Additional FAQ

Can I cancel a video that's already in the queue?

Not at the moment. Once a video is submitted for processing, it will stay in the queue until it's completed.

Can I choose which videos get processed first?

Queued jobs are processed in the order they were created. If you upgrade your plan, newly created videos will benefit from your new priority level, but older ones will stay in their current position.

Can I still make edits to a project while it's waiting?

Yes, you can! If you make changes and export the project again, it will be added to the queue as a new job.

When does my priority quota reset?

Your priority video limit resets every month based on the exact date and time you started your subscription. For example, if you upgraded on the 12th at 3 PM, your quota will reset on the 12th of each month at that same time. It's not based on the first day of the calendar month.

Where do I find my Project ID?

If your video hasn't finished processing yet, open the project in editing mode and copy the entire URL from your browser’s address bar.

If your video is fully rendered, go to your dashboard, click 'View Video', then open the 'Publish' menu in the top right. In the pop-up window, click 'Video Link' and your Project ID will be copied to your clipboard automatically.

Does video length affect how long it takes?

Yes. Videos longer than 10 minutes often need more time to render and may take a bit longer to finish, even if you haven't gone past your quota.

What happens if something goes wrong during processing?

The system will try again automatically. If the issue continues, just contact support with your Project ID and we’ll take a closer look.

Can I speed things up by deleting and re-uploading a video?

No, this won’t help. Re-uploaded videos are treated as brand new jobs and will go to the back of the queue.
