If your video isn’t generating, there are a few common reasons that could be causing the issue. Check the points below to identify what might be going wrong:
1. Your Video Length Exceeds the Limits of Your Plan
Each plan has a video duration cap:
Free Plan: Up to 3 minutes
Personal & Team Plans: Up to 30 minutes
Enterprise Plan: Unlimited
⚠️ Keep in mind that the final rendered video can be longer than the preview, due to avatar animation timing and pauses between scenes. A preview length is not a guaranteed reflection of the final output.
How to fix it:
Try trimming your script, especially in longer scenes. Even small cuts can help bring the total runtime under your plan’s limit.
2. You've Used Up Your Monthly Priority Processing
Each month includes a set number of fast or priority video processing slots, depending on your plan. If you've exceeded this quota, additional videos may not generate right away.
3. You're Seeing a 999 Error Code
If you're encountering a 999 error during generation, this could be due to a processing bug, timeout, or temporary server-side issue.
4. OpenAI Services Might Be Down
Some tools in AI Studios rely on OpenAI to function properly, including:
AI Helper
Docs to Video
Topic to Video
Script to Video
If OpenAI is experiencing downtime or outages, it may impact your ability to generate videos using these features.
